okay it's a perfectly normal reason to Italy sits on the floor sad and America is sitting next to and grins ... and that Italy's hair is a mess.....

well this Picture is from birthday party.
Me and America was playing around whit a candy box and I Kind of dropt it on the floor...so I jumpt after it.....and rolled over the floor.....and America became worried so America tried to see if I was okay. and then Russia took this Picture..........yeah ^^' that was weird XD but so Funny!!
